Small Crab Tarts
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion - finely chopped
1 garlic clove - finely chopped
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
6 oz canned crab meat - drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
fresh dill - garnish

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare crab meat filling:
Heat olive oil in skillet on stove top. Add onion and cook for five minutes until soft (not browned).
Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl, then stir in the milk.
Add crab meat, cheese, parsley and the onion mixture.
Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Spoon the crab meat mixture into the dough shells. Do not overfill.
Bake the tarts in the oven 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with dill.
Can be served hot or cold.
