Holiday Stuffing Dressing

STUFFING
1 cake of cornbread
(don't use sweet cornbread, unless you like sweet stuffing)
1 package Pepperidge Farms Stuffing (regular)
4 or 5 pieces of bread cubed
6 boiled eggs(chopped)
1 bunch of green onions
1 stick of margarine or butter
2 or more cartons(32 oz.) chicken broth
2 stalks celery
salt and pepper to taste
Break up cornbread in a very large mixing bowl. Chop celery and onions and then saute in melted stick of butter and cook until softened, then pour onto cornbread . Add chopped boiled eggs, bread, and stuffing mix. Stir in chicken broth and/or turkey drippings. Stir well. The stuffing should be very wet nor dry. Add more broth if needed .Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased baking pan or casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until brown and cooked through.
