Beefy Rice Casserole

Hey, foodies! I'm super excited to share with you one of my favorite recipes for a cozy and delicious meal. It's a beef flavored white rice dish that is so easy to make and tastes amazing. You only need a few ingredients and an oven, and you'll have a hearty and satisfying dish that everyone will love.
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1 small onion
- 1 can beef consomme soup
- 1 can beef broth soup
- 2 cups uncooked white rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
And here's how to make it:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Chop the onion and saute it in a skillet with the margarine over medium-high heat until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the beef consomme soup and the beef broth soup until well combined.
- Add the onion mixture, the rice, and some salt and pepper to the bowl and stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the rice is tender and fluffy.
